Since 2011, ArtePollino has become involved in the various editions of “Marche Art Centre – Contemporary Art Expo”. The initiative was launched by Cocalo’s Club, Galleria Marconi and Palariviera, three of the most important cultural venues of the area of Ascoli Piceno. After the launch, a group of patrons-sponsors joined the project and started to work actively for its implementation. ArtePollino is one of them. On several occasions, the association was invited to adopt an artist, tell its own experience, submit video documentaries to testify to the uniqueness of a project that is considered innovative for Basilicata and represents both a moment of dialogue and focus for Marche region.
The association was created in February 2008 with the aim of promoting the cultural growth of the territory of the Pollino National Park.
